Oggetto: Dichiarazione Stato di Agitazione.

A seguito della riunione tenutasi il 7 marzo, da noi e dai nostri
iscritti valutata negativamente, Vi comunichiamo che, con decorrenza
immediata, la Scrivente Organizzazione Sindacale proclama lo Stato di
Agitazione.
La dichiarazione è prodromica a tutte le iniziative sindacali e legali
che ci riserviamo di assumere.
La trattativa sul nuovo Contratto Scala non può vederci assenti.
I lavoratori da noi rappresentati ci hanno dato un ampio mandato ad
agire per affermare il nostro diritto alla contrattazione ed i loro
diritto ad essere da noi rappresentati al tavolo delle trattative.
Chiediamo alla “Fondazione Teatro alla Scala” di superare le gravi
discriminazioni in atto nei nostri confronti. Ribadiamo la nostra
disponibilità a sottoscrivere il Contratto Unico Scala 1.0.
Riteniamo che l’attuale situazione “di stallo”, altamente lesiva
dei diritti dei lavoratori e del nostro Sindacato, possa essere superata
con una vostra convocazione al tavolo della trattativa centrale,
instaurando relazioni sindacali corrette e concrete. In caso contrario,
ci vedremo costretti a promuovere iniziative di lotta e legali.
La democrazia ed i diritti non sono negoziabili.
