REGOLAMENTO RECANTE NUOVO ASSETTO ORDINAMENTALE E ORGANIZZATIVO DELLE FONDAZIONI LIRICO-SINFONICHE

Fondazioni: i sindacati annunciano mobilitazioni contro il regolamento sulle fondazioni liriche.

“Congelare e annullare di fatto” il regolamento sulle fondazioni liriche approvato lo scorso 22 dicembre dal Consiglio dei ministri. Lo chiedono i sindacati, che annunciano una “mobilitazione nazionale contro la distruzione dello spettacolo dal vivo”, dichiarando lo stato di agitazione nazionale e locale del settore, con scioperi che potrebbero essere annunciati venerdì dopo l’assemblea prevista al Maggio Fiorentino.
In un lungo documento unitario, i sindacati ribadiscono che l’approvazione preliminare da parte del Consiglio dei ministri dello schema di decreto concernente il regolamento sull’assetto ordinamentale e organizzativo delle fondazioni lirico sinfoniche, è avvenuta “in palese violazione dell’iter di consultazione previsto dalla stessa legge 100“.
“Malgrado le nostre ripetute richieste – spiegano – non è stato attivato il tavolo operativo di confronto di tutte le parti interessate che doveva necessariamente precedere la formazione e i contenuti del testo messo in approvazione dal Consiglio dei ministri. Ci siamo così ritrovati a provvedimento deliberato a fine anno e il testo approvato dal CdM ci è stato inoltrato solo in data 21 gennaio 2013“.
Dito puntato, da parte dei sindacati, anche sul merito del provvedimento, giudicato “contraddittorio rispetto alle disposizioni di legge che lo sovrintendono, incoerente con l’obiettivo primario di riforma per una tenuta e un rilancio delle fondazioni lirico sinfoniche ma coerente ed esplicito circa le finalità destrutturanti e di cancellazione del sistema di produzione culturale musicale, di lirica e di danza-balletto in Italia a partire dal 2005 con la legge 43 e perpetrata negli anni successivi”.
Da qui la richiesta di congelare il provvedimento, attivando “confronti congiunti articolati e di merito per esaminare concretamente i reali problemi e costruire così una vera riforma che valorizzi e ottimizzi la produzione culturale delle fondazioni e non le conduca a una costruita involuzione e decadimento della capacità e qualità produttiva”.

  1. È una farsa, se hanno scritto quel testo sapevano già di poterlo fare, evidentemente l’avallo lo hanno già avuto, magari anche da quelle forze sindacali che ora vorrebbero fare la voce grossa.     per risanare i conti devono andare più su ,a chi e pagato profumatamente per organizzare il lavoro,coordinare tutti i vari aspetti,evitare gli sprechi,questo deve fare chi e a sovrintendere un teatro,al teatro non deve essere un posto di attesa per i politici o imprenditori o chi che sia, il teatro a bisogno di persone che hanno fantasia e sogni e con il teatro e con chi ci lavora li può
    realizzare.
