Passa d’autorità l’autonomia e lo statuto speciale della Scala, senza nessun confronto con le parti sociali. Progettato nelle stanze segrete delle banche della direzione generale e del ministero (Mibac), nessuno sa cosa succederà di noi e cosa c’è scritto.
I banchieri del C.D.A scaligero hanno messo a punto la scalata definitiva?
Di certo c’è, che i mercanti si sono accomodati nel tempio. Quegli stessi mercanti che vivono di speculazione e sono i responsabili della crisi dell’Italia e della sua corsa verso il baratro.
Da sempre ci battiamo e ci batteremo contro la privatizzazione della Scala.
Nel 2010 con la legge 100, la famigerata legge Bondi, le fondazioni Lirico Sinfonico possono diventare” autonome” se : per 5 anni consecutivi ottengono il pareggio di bilancio e se c’è un consistente apporto dei privati. Oggi , con una delibera ministeriale viene autorizzato il distacco della Scala dal contratto nazionale che raggruppa le tredici fondazioni lirico sinfoniche poiché gli obiettivi sono stati raggiunti dal nostro ente e approvati dal Ministro Ornaghi ( Min. della Cultura e rettore dell’università “Sacro Cuore”di Milano).
L’autonomia significa che la Scala accederà qualsiasi cosa accada a un finanziamento statale, certo, triennale. Per l’esattezza rimane invariata la” percentuale” di finanziamento sul budget complessivo del Fus. Sia che il finanziamento aumenti, ma anche se diminuisca. L’ottimismo permette comunque di programmare tre stagioni.
Il regolamento speciale in cambio della suddetta “concessione “ stacca la Scala dal contratto nazionale per fare un contratto aziendale. Un contratto a sé.
Dal punto normativo il distacco permette anche di liberare dal divieto imposto dalla legge 100 gli artisti e i lavoratori da eventuali secondi lavori. Gli artisti potranno tornare ad esibirsi fuori dal teatro sia per iniziative di beneficenza sia come secondo lavoro. Alla Scala, si ricorda che, la filarmonica è un secondo datore di lavoro. Sarà per questo che i musicisti non si strappano il frac di fronte a questa deriva filofiat? O hanno dovuto subire, come noi pensiamo, il grande ricatto? Sarebbe vergognoso.
La grande novità è che si alterano i rapporti di forza dentro il CDA tra pubblico e privato, e la mission della Scala. Se si legge il Corriere di ieri :“La Scala potrà svolgere «attività commerciali ed accessorie» in misura ancora maggiore: si aprirà a maggior merchandising diretto e potrà continuare a svolgere operazioni «finanziarie, mobiliari e immobiliari» compresa la «partecipazione a società di capitali”.
Il regolamento speciale:
Nessuno ha mai conosciuto cosa c’è scritto dentro il regolamento e nello statuto speciale che è stato partorito segretamente dal CDA, dai suoi noti banchieri e dalla direzione generale della Scala.
Il sindaco Pisapia presidente del C.D.A. che è entusiasta probabilmente lo conosce. Noi lavoratori, e le componenti sindacali interne e nazionali, non sanno niente e non sono mai stati coinvolti alla discussione da nessuno, nonostante fosse previsto nella legge 100. E nulla sa di sicuro il Consiglio del Comune, che è proprietario dell’immobile. Se veramente come sta venendo a galla, la maggior parte dei soci saranno i privati il futuro commerciale e da business come descritto dal Corriere è spianato. Se poi noi lavoratori verremo trattati come alla fiat lo scopriremo a breve.
Contro l’autonomia creata dalla legge 100, che di fatto separa in teatri di serie A e B le fondazioni lirico sinfoniche nazionali, vi è una contestazione al Tar da parte della Cgil. Anche il sindacato Nazionale dei musicisti Fials contesta al Tar del lazio la questione del doppio lavoro impedito dalla legge 100. Soprattutto per queste ragioni il ministero non aveva dato ancora, quel parere favorevole che invece ha dato ieri sera. Non vi è ad oggi sentenza del Tar. Sia l’opera di Roma che Santa Cecilia sono già diventate fondazioni autonome attraverso il decreto Roma capitale a fine 2011.
E’ stato gridato allo scandalo. Non a difesa dell’unità culturale ’Italia di cui tutti si riempono la bocca mentre si commuovono ascoltando Verdi. Ma perché non fu data anche alla Scala.
L’Italia unita dalla cultura è fatta a pezzi con questa riforma perché gli enti meno forti saranno aggrappati a esigui finanziamenti di stato e tenderanno a fallire come sta succedendo a Genova ( in cassa integrazione, unico teatro al mondo) , a Firenze a Trieste a Bari e a Cagliari. Tenerli insieme attraverso il contratto nazionale assieme alla Scala oltre all’aspetto solidaristico rafforza la Scala da sempre stella polare del firmamento sinfonica e che ora brillerà lontano e più piccola.
In conclusione tornando al golpe alla Scala : aumentare il peso politico del finanziere Micheli, inventore di MI.TO, marito dell’ambiziosa Sovrintendente di Firenze Francesca Colombo e sponsor del candidato sindaco Pisapia è più di un sospetto. Se il costo di questo scambio di bassa lega è la perdita del controllo pubblico della Scala è qualcosa di ben più grave dei problemi riguardanti il controllo dell’assetto azionario di A2A o della Sea, per l’immagine del comune e della città di Milano.
Uno scippo bello e buono del gioiello di famiglia più prezioso.
Coup de théâtre:
-Il giorno prima del golpe, il ministro Ornaghi si è accomiatato da un convegno Cgil dicendo di esser contento di aver bloccato l’applicazione dei regolamenti speciali perché li considerava sbagliati. La sera magicamente invece decide l’esatto opposto.
-Monsieur Lissner, il nostro Sovrintendente, allo stesso convegno aveva fatto un intervento a difesa del controllo pubblico e lamentava il bisogno di maggiori risorse pubbliche poichè al contrario “l’aggressione “dei privati sarebbe stata inevitabile. Oggi è commosso di questa delibera per decreto. Dice “Si è realizzato un sogno”.
-Il nostro sindaco Pisapia, “il bello addormentato” fino a ieri sulle questioni scaligere, oggi esulta. Questo la dice lunga sul perché non abbia mai voluto incontrarci, nonostante innumerevoli tentativi giunti quasi al pedinamento. Oggi capiamo perché ci abbia evitato, come del resto le altre OO.SS., come la peste.
Grazie da parte di chi ama la Scala e ha la fortuna forse, ancora per poco di lavorarci dentro e fare sindacato non riconosciuto dall’azienda. Come avviene oggi alla fiat con la fiom.

SCALA: CGIL, QUESTA NON E’ AUTONOMIA
(ANSA) – MILANO, 17 APR – La Cgil è “favorevole all’ autonomia della Scala sul modello dei grandi teatri europei” però non accetta “il modello previsto dalla legge cento che non è una vera autonomia”. A spiegarlo è Giancarlo Albori convinto che la forma gestionale concessa al teatro milanese oggi “leda le preorogative negoziali”. “Non c’é stato nessun confronto pubblico, istituzionale – ha aggiunto -. Le organizzazioni sindacali, anche se era previsto, non sono state consultate. Noi siamo contro la privatizzazione del teatro che sarebbe un esproprio nei confronti della città e una lesione ai lavoratori. Riaffermiamo la necessità di un contratto di lavoro nazionale”. Una delle novità per la Scala è che potrà avere dei propri contratti di lavoro, ed è questo uno degli elementi che vede il sindacato più contrario. (ANSA).

Il Ministro Ornaghi ha sottoscritto il decreto che conferisce forma organizzativa speciale alla Scala di Milano senza consultare nessuno, senza incontrare il sindacato confederale per ascoltarne i giudizi e le proposte. È stato presente, nella giornata di ieri, al convegno della Cgil a Milano sulla produzione culturale dove, di fronte ad un parterre estremamente qualificato, ha preferito tacere. Tutto ciò è sconcertante e dimostra una volta di più come l’orientamento generale di questo governo sia quello di preferire la mediazione con le lobbies al confronto con le organizzazioni sindacali.
Contrasteremo questa deriva anche perché la decisione del governo, che non istituisce un fondo speciale e non cerca di scoraggiare la frantumazione contrattuale, obiettivi che per noi sono essenziali per dare senso all’autonomia delle fondazioni, più che esaltare la forza e la rappresentatività della Scala è un ulteriore segnale di disimpegno e di distacco del sistema pubblico dalle fondazioni lirico sinfoniche. È un segnale che va in direzione della privatizzazione e per questi motivi lo contrasteremo.

GiòAlajmo …………………………………………………………… La Scala, il gran teatro milanese simbolo della lirica, della danza e della grande musica italiana nel mondo, conquista la sua autonomia grazie al via libera governativo che concede autonomia al teatro e un nuovo statuto che aumenta il numero dei consiglieri di amministrazione. Questo significa spazio a nuovi soci privati, possibili nuovi finanziamenti, libertà di firmare eventuali contratti aziendali, e magari risolvere il problema dei “permessi artistici”, ovvero l’attività autonoma degli orchestrali nei tempi lasciati liberi da impegni col teatro. «Sarà un punto di partenza per una riflessione importante sui prossimi 15-20 anni, per una nuova visione del teatro, e spero che saremo all’altezza», dice il sovrintendente Stephane Lissner, che ricorda come quello dell’autonomia è un traguardo inseguito dal teatro milanese sin dai tempi di Arturo Toscanini, che iniziò a parlarne nel 1923. L’obiettivo, secondo Lissner, è «difendere il progetto culturale» di un teatro pubblico con sempre maggior rigore nella gestione. I sindacati sono in parte contenti della soluzione, Cisl e Uil almeno, perchè Cgil continua a guardare con sospetto ogni ipotesi di contratto aziendale. Ma questo salto in avanti della Scala pone dei problemi nei rapporti con gli altri enti teatrali, annota il sovrintendente del teatro veneziano Cristiano Chia-rot: «Dell’autonomia della Scala se n’era parlato da tempo e alla Commissione Cultura del Senato eravamo stati con il sindaco Orsoni e molti avevano espresso contrarietà perchè così la legge non pone tutti i teatri sullo stesso piano, non distingue attraverso parametri di produttività ed efficienza ma suddivide la maggior parte del Fus, il fondo unico per lo spettacolo, in base alle spese per il personale». Quindi non si premia chi produce meglio ma solo chi ha più stipendi da pagare? «Diciamo che se dobbiamo essere efficienti e riportare a una imprenditorialità culturale diffusa, i parametri sono altri. E ciò che manca a noi, visto che si parla di equilibrio di bilancio, dipende da uno Stato che ci ha dato sempre meno soldi tanto da farci chiudere fino al 2010 in disavanzo. Il 2011 per fortuna si è chiuso in pareggio, ma per ottenere l’autonomia si dovrà aspettare anni nonostante per efficienza e produttività siamo ai vertici». Ma l’autonomia non dovrebbe alla fine consentire di accedere meno al Fus? «Potrebbe essere così, sempre che non sia una forma nascosta per andare a pescare altri soldi sempre nel Fus. Allora sarebbe una beffa per tutti gli altri». L’autonomia non consente un maggiore accesso alle sponsorizzazioni? «Ma ci sono già. La Fenice fa merchandising da anni. Ma se non c’è una detrazione fiscale adeguata per le donazioni non ci sarà mai un finanziamento privato come invece c’è negli Stati Uniti, in Gran Bretagna, in Francia». Anche a Verona dove l’ente Arena ha già percorso la via della Fondazione la questione è sentita: «Arrivare all’autonomia gestionale è l’unica strada possibile perchè queste istituzioni vivano al meglio la loro situazione», dice l’assessore alla cultura Mimma Perbellini. «Stiamo assistendo a una diminuzione di risorse non di poco conto. E siccome non si può far tutto l’unica strada perchè la cultura possa avere una possibilità è uno stretto rapporto tra pubblico e privato. E questo della Scala è solo un primo passo avanti». Ma senza defiscalizzazione delle donazioni non si va lontano… «Sarebbe la strada ideale. In Francia il museo del Louvre è sponsorizzato per il 50 per cento. Non c’è altra strada. Poi tutto dev’essere gestito con intelligenza e onestà intellettuale». Ieri i sovrintendenti si sono ritrovati a Roma per discutere come uscire dalla crisi che attanaglia il settore, e arrivare in tempi brevi alla firma di un contratto che manca da sette anni.

È un debutto in conferenza stampa per il sindaco Giuliano Pisapia, ma anche per il sovrintendente Stéphane Lissner da quando la Scala ha ottenuto dal ministero dei Beni culturali l’au -tonomia gestionale che inseguiva dai tempi di Toscanini (assente invece Daniel Barenboim, direttore musicale dal dicembre scorso) . E, cartellone a parte, è su questo punto che si concentra l’attenzione dei protagonisti. «L’autonomia varata qualche giorno fa — spiega il sindaco — renderà il teatro ancora più forte. E voglio rassicurare tutti: non esiste alcun rischio di privatizzazione della Scala. Stato, Comune, Regione e Provincia con- A settembre 2013 il debutto in Cina con l’Aida e un concerto diretti da Dudamel tinueranno a il loro impegno a favore delteatro; nel consiglio di amministrazione ci sono membri eletti dalle istituzioni pubbliche; ci sarà sempre, rispetto al bilancio, unaverificadelpubblico. Sono certo, invece, che una maggiore sinergia tra pubblico e privato, soprattutto in un mo *** mento di crisi, sarà fondamentale per rilanciare a livello internazionale la Scala». Un punto di vista ribadito anche da Lissner, che martedì prossimo incontrerà il ministro dei Beni culturali Lorenzo Omaghi per una procedura che dovrà rendere operativo il nuovo statuto scaligero. «Autonomia gestionale non significa privatizzazione — ha assicurato il sovrintendente — ma al contrario sarà un abito su misura che la Scala potrà cucirsi addosso. A cominciare dal fatto che per tre anni la percentuale del Fondo unico per lo spettacolo non potrà scendere sotto l’attuale 14,65 percento. Potremo pensare meglio al futuro senza dover sottostare ai vincoli che hanno le altre fondazioni, come il tetto ai cachet degli artisti o il divieto ai musicisti di ottenere i permessi per esibirsi fuori dal teatro». Internazionalità da una parte e apertura alla città dall’altra. Due aspetti cui il sindaco tiene particolarmente: «La Scala proseguirà nella sua vocazione internazionale con diverse presenze all’estero, in particolare in Asia. È una grande ricchezza di Milano, mani la mettiamo adisposizione di tutto ilmondo, anche se il tempio della lirica continuerà ad aprirsi a tutta la città. Ma c’è un altro aspetto che mi rende entusiasta: l’aumento costante dei giovani che assistono agli spettacoli in cartellone, che si sta registrando anche in questa stagione». Se la presenza in Giappone è una consuetudine (questa volta verranno portati Falstaf j, Rigoletto, due concerti e il balletto di MacMillan Romeo e Giulietta), in settembre 2013 ci sarà il debutto assoluto in Cina con Aida e un concerto, diretti da Gustavo Dudamel. Sul nuovo statuto che dà maggiori poteri decisionali al sovrintendente, Lissner smorza: «Più che altro parlerei di responsabilità, nello spirito della recente riforma introdotta dalla legge sulle fondazioni». È il vicepresidente Bruno Ermolli a precisare che «il sovrintendente ha un’autonomia ampia nella gestione; il cda e il collegio dei revisori dei conti hanno invece potere di indirizzo e controllo». Lo assicura anche il sindaco di Milano Giuliano Pisapia, nella sua veste di presidente del Cda della Scala: «L’autonomia rafforzerà la capacità del teatro di dialogare con più soggetti e lo rilancerà a livello internazionale anche in vista di Expo». Il problema, ax unge Lissner, «è che si va sempre più verso una diminuzione dei contributi pubblici che nel 1998 erano pari al 61,5% delle entrate del teatro e nel 2012 sono scesi al 37,5%». Per spiegare cosa comporterà l’autonomia, concessa tre giorni fa dal governo, Lissner – che ringrazia il ministro Ornaghi il quale martedì sarà a Milano per incontrare i vertici scaligeri – parla di «un abito su misura per il teatro che ora, facendo inevitabilmente i conti con la crisi, è chiamato a inventarsi un nuovo modello gestionale che guardi alla Scala dei prossimi vent’anni». Tradotto significa garanzia che per un triennio la Scala riceverà non meno del 14.65% che percepisce oggi del Fondo unico per lo spettacolo (ma se il Fus diminuirà diminuiranno anche i contributi che arriveranno a Milano), maggior libertà nei contratti, specie l’integrativo, affrancamento dalle regole m vigore per le fondazioni liriche. «In questi anni-spiega ancora – abbiamo dovuto subire decisioni utili per altre realtà, ma penalizzanti per la Scala, penso alla legge Asciutti che bloccava la possibilità di fare contratti a tempo indeterminato: è chiaro che musicisti di valore, di fronte a una prospettiva a breve termine, non si presentavano ai concorsi per posti in orchestra e coro. Una cosa che ha influito anche sulla qualità artistica». Altro nodo quello dei permessi che consentivano agli artisti contrattualizzati di esibirsi in altre istituzioni, poi bloccati: «Lavoreremo per ripristinarli» assicura Lissner che godrà di ma;.4 ore autonomia gestionale lasciando al Consiglio di amministrazione il potere di indirizzo e di controllo. «Pur autonomi – conclude – saremo sempre chiamati a confrontarci con il governo».

IL PROGRAMMA Scala, una stagione nel segno di Verdi Piera Anna Franini • ,,La Scala non si arrende eguarda avanti» dichiara Stéphane Lissner, sovrintendente di un teatro che martedì, quindi due mesi dopo Santa Cecilia, ha ottenuto l’autonomia gestionale. La Scala non si piega, insomma, nonostante la crisi, e guarda ai prossimi 30 anni con piani di sviluppo a lunga gittata.Ieri è stato presentato il cartellone della stagione 2012-2013, e già quello successivo potrebbe raccogliere i benefici dell’autonomia. Che non è privatizzazione, rimarca il Sovrintendente, assieme a Giuliano Pisapia, sindaco di Milano e dunque Presidente del Cda. Martedì prossimo i vertici del teatro incontreranno il Ministro Ornaghi e lì si definirà meglio la questione. Di sicuro, l’autonomia accorda al sovrintendente più possibilità di manovra sebbene il Cda e il Collegio dei revisori eserciteranno un potere di controllo. Altra cosa. I contributi pubblici, fino al 1998 pari 61,5% del budget e ora al 37,5, prevederanno che il Fus non scenda sotto il 14,65.E soprattutto «l’autonomia consentirà di affrontare le cose in modo nuovo», confida Lissner. In concreto? «La legge Asciutti non ha permesso di fare contratti a tempo indeterminato, così si facevano concorsi senza poter assumere: assurdo. Questa è una di quelle cose che il teatro si è ritrovato a subire», e andranno riviste. Come è che Daniel Barenboim, da dicembre direttore musicale del teatro, non c’era alla presentazione della stagione? Lissnerspiega che era impegnato. Ieri era a Londra con l’orchestra berlinese dell’altro teatro che dirige. Si è tuttavia liberato per il primo giugno per il concerto in omaggio al Papa. A lui, l’inaugurazione della prossima stagione con Lohengrin di Wagner, nell’allestimento di Claus Guth e l’ottimo Jonas Kaufmann nel molo del titolo. Un titolo che aprirà un anno speso a omaggiare Verdi e Wagner, nati nel 1813. Su 16 titoli in cartellone, 8 sono di Verdi, 6 di Wagner, più un Rossini minore e la prima assoluta di un’opera russa, con Valery Gergiev alla direzione. Dieci le nuove produzioni. Sempre Barenboim dirigerà le 4 opere del Ring di Wagner in 7 giorni, come volle l’autore, più replica la settimana dopo. II 2013 vede, accanto alla trasferta in Giappone, coni direttori Harding e Dudamel, il primo sbarco in Cina. Sei saranno i direttori italiani attesi alla Scala per Verdi-Wagner.Gatti, Luisi, Luisotti, Noseda, Rustioni. E niente Batti-stoni, il24enne precocemente sul podio per le Nozze di Mozart, annunciato per un titolo verdiano l’anno prossimo ma sostituito all’ultimo da Frizza. E nel maggio 2015 Chailly dirigerà Turandot per l’apertura dell’Expo. ***

ENTI LIRICI Interviene il sovrintendente Cristiano Chiarot Fondazioni, Fenice contro Scala e S. Cecilia Non è un attacco all’arma bianca come nelle classiche “singolar tenzoni” sul palcoscenico, ma poco ci manca. Questa volta a scendere in campo ci pensa il sovrintendente della Fenice, Cristiano Chiarot. E nel mirino del prestigioso teatro veneziano ci sono finite nientemeno che l’Accademia di Santa Cecilia di Roma e il “tempio della lirica” ovvero La Scala. A far scatenare Chiarot è il decreto legge sulle Fondazioni liriche discusso in Parlamento che formalmente mette le 14 fondazioni liriche italiane tutte sullo stesso piano, ma che in realtà punta a privilegiare l’Accademia romana e il teatro milanese. E su questo, così come era già avvenuto in sede di commissione parlamentare nel marzo scorso, Chiarot torna a rilanciare la battaglia puntando l’indice sulla “sperequazione” attuata dal decreto legge sulle Fondazioni. «Credo vi sia due aspetti da considerare – attacca Chiarot – il ruolo e la produzione di tutte le fondazioni liriche. Si tratta di “eccellenze” che non possono essere rivolte esclusivamente a due fondazioni. Il Teatro La Fenice crediamo abbia i requisiti per essere al pari di tutti gli altri basti pensare che il Teatro ha 220 anni di storia; che ha fatto nascere due opere liriche come Traviata e Rigoletto, tra le più eseguite nel mondo». Ma a parte questo, Chiarot ci tiene a sottolineare le peculiarità dal punto di vista produttivo e amministrativo del teatro veneziano in un periodo di crisi generale. «Se l’intento del legislatore voleva essere quello di puntare sull’efficienza, la gestione e l’imprenditorialità – chiarisce il sovrintendente – risulta assolutamente contraddittorio voler stabilire criteri diversi tra gli enti. E in quest’àmbito entra il gioco anche la questione del Fondo unico per lo spettacolo (Fus) e a questo proposito Chiarot rivendica una più equa ridefinizione. «Una diversa rimodulazione, anzichè graduale, – sottolinea – potrebbe mantenere i parametri vigenti di assegnazione del Fus e rivedere le percentuali di suddivisione per il quadriennio 2011-2014; far scendere la quota per il personale dal 65 al 40 per cento; incrementare il numero degli spettacoli effettuati nell’anno precedente (dal 10 al 20 per cento); ridurre quelli programmati nell’anno (dal 25 al 10 per cento) introducendo una quota per gli spettacoli previsti per l’anno successivo dal 5 al 15 per cento e quindi aumentare la cifra dedicata all’autofinanziamento e ai costi di produzione (dal 10 al 15 per cento). Se queste modifiche ai parametri di distribuzione del Fus venissero attuate ci sarebbero maggiori benefici per gli enti». L’ultima riflessione Chiarot la riserva alla trattativa sul contratto di lavoro: «I criteri del Fus – conclude – potrebbero essere messi in relazione alla mediazione sindacale. Questo potrebbe permettere agli enti lirici di recuperare anche secondo il criterio della flessibilità»

Giusto ultimo commentatore…dimentichi qualcosa….vai a vedere gli spettacoli prodotti dal teatro alla scala negli ultimi 20 anni, concerto, balletto opera, come numero di serate, e confrontala con quelli di tutti i teatri che hai nominato MESSI ASSIEME, e fatti due conti.Io me li sono già fatti da tanti anni perciò, anche se nn ne sono certo contento, non mi meravigla che sia finita cosi!!!E comunque ormai in questa Italia anglosassonizzata, ognun per sè, Dio per tutti.
Ad esempio, vogliamo confrontare quanto ancora deve produrre un artista del Teatro alla Scala, prima di andare in pensione, con quello che ha prodotto un tuo collega nei cosiddetti “teatri minori” che già è andato in pensione?!
E non è ingiustizia questa?!
Un artista del coro del Maggio Fiorentino andato in pensione qualche anno fa….quanto ha prodotto rispetto un artista del coro del teatro alla Scala che si dovrà fare ancora 10 o 20 anni di lavoro?!

MILANO – La pioggia di fischi per Tosca (domenica sera), il piano McKinsey che parla di gestione non proprio efficiente (lunedì), la visita del ministro Lorenzo Ornaghi (martedì). Giornate frenetiche per la Scala che ha appena conquistato l’obiettivo dell’autonomia e continua a fronteggiare la crisi economica. Ma finché si parla di conti, si sa, è colpa della congiuntura, dei ridotti stanziamenti da parte dello Stato, dei costi fissi troppo alti. Quando si tratta di spettacolo, le cose cambiano. Con una constatazione: dopo l’ Aida, i «buu» sono toccati a Tosca. Verdi e Puccini. Poveri compositori italiani.
Partiamo dunque dalla musica: per la prima dell’opera firmata da Luc Bondy con le scene di Richard Peduzzi e la direzione di Nicola Luisotti, si può parlare di disfatta. E anche di una certa dose di sfortuna: domenica, allo spegnersi delle luci in sala, il sovrintendente Stéphane Lissner ha annunciato il forfait del tenore Marcelo Alvarez colpito da attacco d’asma. Niente da fare anche per la «riserva»: Aleksandr Antonenko non è riuscito a vestire i panni di Mario Cavaradossi a causa di una «affezione virale». E via col terzo posto: all’ultimo momento Lorenzo Decaro ha accettato di sostenere il ruolo accanto a Martina Serafin. Domanda tra il pubblico: il fato si è accanito sulla Tosca?
Tosca sfortunata: Decaro è stato accolto da un silenzio di gelo. Per Martina Serafin, carica di «buu» al termine di «Vissi d’arte». Si replica giovedì. Intanto, il cda in scadenza ha finalmente visto il rapporto McKinsey sui conti del teatro. Le osservazioni degli americani: aumentare l’efficienza, costi fissi troppo alti. E i suggerimenti: razionalizzare e rivedere il contratto dei dipendenti. Mica poco, anche se la palla ormai passa di mano al prossimo cda. E proprio sul nuovo board restano dei dubbi, non solo su chi sarà il nuovo socio privato, ma anche sulla presenza della Provincia di Milano (il cui contributo non compare nel budget 2012). Replica Palazzo Isimbardi: «Stiamo compiendo un’analisi seria sulla possibilità di mantenere la nostra presenza in base ai vincoli dettati dal patto di stabilità». Mistero anche sui nomi dei due consiglieri del ministero. Di certo c’è che oggi Lorenzo Ornaghi sarà a Milano per un tour culturale: alle 10.30 visita all’Orchestra Verdi, alle 11.30 alla Pinacoteca di Brera, quindi alla Scala.

(AGI) – Milano, 24 apr. – Come sottolinea il ministro “il nuovo statuto comporta certamente un grado di autonomia molto forte.
Credo che questa autonomia non sia una rivendicazione della Scala ma il riconoscimento che la Scala e’ stata, e continua a essere, un archetipo cui gli altri si ispirano. L’autonomia e’ una sfida per il teatro. E sono convinto che la vincera’”.
Come si sa, l’autonomia comporta una partecipazione consistente dei privati, e in “tempi abbastanza rapidi la formazione di un nuovo consiglio di amministrazione”. Ornaghi assicura che al piu’ presto “ciascuno dei fondatori nominera’ i suoi rappresentanti e il ministero i due di sua competenza”. A questo proposito e’ intervenuto Pisapia lanciando un “appello a tutti gli altri soci, affinche’ presentino in tempi brevi i propri rappresentanti”. Un ‘ringraziamento’ poi dal sindaco “al ministro per aver dato l’autonomia alla Scala con uno statuto nuovo, molto prezioso da tutti i punti di vista.
Perche’ gli obiettivi che la Scala si deve porre nei prossimi anni saranno un insieme di sfide culturali, sociali e anche economiche che possono e devono essere vincenti”. Tra questi obiettivi rientra il capitolo ‘conti’, perseguire la parita’ di bilancio come fatto finora. Piu fondi dalla stato e dall’andrangheta milanese , (negli anni 80 era la Fininvest) , piu’ produzione . Ecco come funziona l’eccellenza. Facile dire IO LAVORO , TE NO. Oppure IO GUADAGNO TE NO. Soprattutto se i soldi per VOSTRA PRODUZIONE DI MASSA d’ora in poi verranno presi dalla sopravvivenza degli altri teatri.Il decreto Bondi serve solo a proteggere il sistema teatri stipendificio. L’Opera di Roma è una cloaca che mantiene 700 fancazzisti. La Scala quasi 1000. L’Accademia ha 130 impiegati amministrativi (piu’ del comune di Monza) . Eppure sono convinti. “Teatro minore”…”teatro “maggiore”? …sulla pelle degli altri lavoratori? Siete e rimarrete solo uno stipendificio. Il vostro teatro è un sifone mangia risorse che ormai nessuno riesce piu’ a fermare. Prima o poi DEVE FINIRE. La pensione?..Vasco Rossi con un solo concerto versa piu’ contributi di te con 100 Traviate ! L’avete voluta voi questa situazione e ora ve la tenete. Solo quando il vostro stipendificio verrà chiuso o trasformato in museo finirà questo sistema di leggi ad personam meneghino che ha rovinato l’Italia musicale.

Io ho preso parte a spettacoli che tu neanche ti sogni…….e i soldi che mi hanno dato fino ad oggi me li sono straguadagnati!
Per il resto il tuo post non merita altro commento.
Ti lascio solo con la tua frustrazione…che è giusto che ci sia, visto che come ripeto quando producevi un quinto di quello che si faceva in Scala te ne stavi zitto a goderti il tuo…come lo hai chiamato?..Fancazzismo!!
Ricordo un artista di un cosiddetto “teatro minore” che non capiva cosa fossero le 11 prestazione a settimana, meravigliandosi……..eh si perche a sua detta li quando c’era recita la prova prima non si faceva mai!!

Personalmente mi muoverò presso la Direzione della Fondazione Teatro alla Scala affinchè si adoperi a intraprendere ogni azione legale per richiedere la chiusura di questo spazio di discussione, visto che oramai chiunque può accedervi con asserzioni non veritiere e gettanti discredito su una azienda che sta facendo del suo meglio con i suoi lavoratori per continuare a servire il suo Pubblico.

l’anonimo ha ragione. Con la montagna di denaro pubblico che lo Stato da alla Scala ogni anno ci si mantengono 4 teatri a pieno regime in altre città.
Sulla qualità degli spettacoli poi, lasciamo perdere. Il premio Abbiati, per esempio, non mi pare che lo abbia vinto solo la Scala.
Sulla produttività bisogna stare attenti a come si parla perchè ci sono pro e contro. La Verdi produce quanto se non di piu’ della Scala con costi fissi di un centesimo e con una qualità spesso migliore di quella della Scala a detta di molti abbonati.
