Il Coordinamento Nazionale Unitario riunitosi il 12 maggio u.s., dopo un esame approfondito e una valutazione analitica riguardante l’andamento della mobilitazione e degli scioperi effettuati nelle scorse settimane ha evidenziato una preoccupante situazione di persistente immobilismo.
A tutt’oggi si registra l’assenza di risposte da parte del Ministero in merito alle risorse (più volte promesse) necessarie sia per reintegrare il taglio del FUS che per rendere credibile un serio e conclusivo percorso negoziale relativo al rinnovo contrattuale avviato da oltre un anno.
Diverse Fondazioni denunciano una situazione sempre più drammatica che metterà a rischio nei prossimi mesi il mantenimento delle rappresentazioni previste e il pagamento degli stipendi.
In quest’ottica riemerge pure la paventata smobilitazione dei Corpi di Ballo.
Inoltre, continua l’assordante silenzio del Dicastero in merito al Tavolo Istituzionale (che doveva essere attivato nel dicembre 2008) sulla riforma del Settore.
Sulla scorta di quanto dichiarato sopra, il Coordinamento ribadisce:
· la necessità urgente di recuperare risorse strutturali per il Settore e per l’insieme della produzione culturale;
· l’improcrastinabile esigenza di concludere il negoziato di rinnovo del CCNL
· la necessaria attivazione di un percorso riformatore che preveda un trasparente confronto di merito tra istituzioni e parti sociali senza impropri interventi unilaterali (i decreti legislativi già si sono dimostrati inutili e controproducenti);
· la volontà di mantenere i Corpi di Ballo come espressione artistica costitutiva delle Fondazioni salvaguardando la capacità produttiva di danza-balletto a partire dalla copertura dei posti a tempo indeterminato vacanti negli organici, e rivedendo il sistema previdenziale della categoria secondo parametri che, facilitando il turn over dei giovani artisti, permettano ai tersicorei di conseguire una pensione dignitosa nella logica e negli equilibri garantiti per la categoria ante legge 182.
Le Segreterie Nazionali nel sollecitare inoltre, l’Associazione Datoriale a superare le proprie posizioni attendiste e a comprendere pienamente la gravità del momento, attivandosi fattivamente per accelerare i confronti negoziali e istituzionali sopra indicati, identificherà nei prossimi giorni una data unica nazionale per tutte le Fondazioni Lirico Sinfoniche per attivare contemporaneamente presidi, assemblee permanenti, manifestazioni.
